Step One

INITIAL CONSULTATION

After contacting Cass Construction, our team will reach out to schedule a site visit to explore all aspects of your project. Understanding how you live and use your current space will help us define a personalized vision encompassing your needs, wants, and desires. Following this, we will provide a preliminary budget within a few weeks for your review.

Step Two

PLANNING & DESIGN

Working with an accepted preliminary budget, we then begin the planning and design processes. Our construction team is dedicated to staying current with cutting-edge planning and building practices, while our design team collaborates closely with you to bring your vision to life. Our comprehensive approach may include construction drawings, inspirational material to help define your design style, and connecting with our preferred suppliers to find the right selections that resonate with you.

Step Three

FINALIZE PROJECT PLAN

Our team will present you with a construction package that outlines your personalized project plan. This package includes a comprehensive budget, finalized construction drawings, and confirmation of a start date. We understand that projects may require course adjustments along the way; transparent communication on all aspects of the budget, schedule and build are our top priority. Once the plan is finalized, construction begins!

Step Five

AFTERCARE

Our relationship with our customers doesn’t end when the project does. We believe in our work and hold ourselves to high standards, as such a 5 year warranty as well as a customized aftercare package is given to each of our clients upon project completion. This aftercare package outlines general maintenance practices to help you maximize the lifespan of your home. We want to ensure that you are informed about the products used and remain satisfied for years to come.

Step Four

THE BUILD

Successful construction journeys are paved with teamwork, meticulous attention to detail, and fluid communication. Your designated project manager will provide regular project updates and through diligent monitoring will ensure an efficient schedule. Our goal here is to earn your confidence, so you feel at ease throughout the entire process. The dedicated team at Cass Construction, alongside our trusted subcontractors, aim to consistently surpass your expectations and guarantee an exceptional finished product, on time, on budget, as planned.
